Returns & Refunds

Closet Express does not offer refunds, exchanges or store credits for change of mind. This includes where you have selected the incorrect size, colour or style, the item does not fit as expected, you no longer want the item, or you have found the item cheaper elsewhere.

We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, measurements and our sizing information before placing an order.

For hygiene reasons, underwear, jockstraps and other intimate garments cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

If an item is faulty, damaged, not as described, incorrect, or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law, please contact Closet Express with your order details and photographs of the issue.

Where required by Australian Consumer Law, Closet Express will provide the appropriate remedy, which may include a repair, replacement or refund depending on the nature of the issue.

Nothing in this Returns & Refunds Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.
